This website is operated by Voyage Plus International Consultancy Limited Company, trading as Voyage+.

For enquiries concerning this website, our services or the handling of personal information, contact:
Voyage+ provides independent visa, immigration and international mobility consultancy for individuals, families and professionals.
We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. References to countries, government bodies, visa programmes, application centres or membership schemes do not imply official affiliation, endorsement or authorisation.
Our role is limited to the consultancy and application-support services expressly agreed with each client. Any professional representation requiring a particular licence or authorisation must be expressly identified and agreed as part of the relevant engagement.
Information on this website is provided for general guidance. It does not constitute an individual eligibility assessment, confirmation of approval or a substitute for legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Requirements, fees, procedures and processing times may change. They may also differ according to nationality, residence, personal circumstances, application location and the authority handling an application.
Before making an application or financial commitment, confirm the requirements relevant to your circumstances with the responsible authority or an appropriately qualified adviser.
Descriptions of visa validity, permitted stay, work rights, membership benefits or investment incentives should not be interpreted as unconditional entitlements.
The assessment and outcome of a visa application, including its approval or refusal, rest exclusively with the relevant embassy, consulate or other competent immigration authority, in accordance with applicable law.
Voyage+ provides independent consultancy and application support. We do not exercise decision-making authority and cannot determine, override or guarantee the outcome of an application.
The relevant authority may request further information or documents, require an interview, conduct additional checks, extend processing or refuse an application in accordance with its procedures and applicable law.
Submitting a complete application, paying the required fees or meeting published criteria does not, by itself, guarantee approval.
Any processing estimate communicated by Voyage+ is indicative only. We cannot guarantee appointment availability, a decision date, visa validity, the number of entries or the permitted duration of stay.
Visa validity, permitted stay and permission to work are separate matters. The conditions applicable to your visa or immigration status must be followed throughout your stay.
Purchasing consultancy, document preparation or any additional service from Voyage+ does not confer preferential treatment or guarantee a faster or favourable decision.
Our consultancy fees relate to the agreed services, not the purchase or guarantee of a visa outcome.
A refusal, delay, request for additional documents or other decision by the competent authority does not, by itself, establish a failure by Voyage+ to perform its agreed services.
This distinction does not exclude or limit responsibility for our own acts or omissions where liability arises under the service agreement or applicable law. Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a review, appeal or new application is available, the procedure and deadlines are determined by the relevant authority and applicable law. Assistance with these steps must be separately agreed where it is not included in the original engagement.
The issuance of a visa does not necessarily guarantee entry. Admission and permission to remain are subject to applicable entry requirements and decisions of the competent border or immigration authorities.
For membership-based services, including Thailand Privilege, acceptance, benefits and membership conditions are determined by the relevant programme operator.
Any associated visa or immigration decision remains with the competent government authority. Membership does not itself guarantee employment rights, permanent residence or a particular tax treatment.
For business and investment services, approvals, incentives, company permissions, foreign-ownership conditions, visas and work permits are separate matters subject to the relevant rules and authorities. No particular approval or incentive is guaranteed.
The scope of assistance, deliverables, responsibilities and service arrangements will be set out in the relevant written proposal or service agreement.
Depending on the agreed engagement, support may include eligibility assessment, application planning, document guidance, application review and assistance with follow-up requests.
Submitting an enquiry, completing a website form or exchanging preliminary correspondence does not, by itself, create a paid engagement, confirm a booking or establish eligibility for any programme.
Submission responsibilities and any authority to act on your behalf must be agreed before the relevant action is taken.
Consultancy fees and payment arrangements will be communicated before paid work begins.
Government fees, visa application charges, membership fees, translations, legalisation, insurance, courier charges and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Third-party fees and services are subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Any additional work outside the agreed scope should be identified and agreed before additional consultancy charges are incurred.
Payment of consultancy or third-party fees does not guarantee a successful application.
Cancellation and refund conditions for paid services will be communicated before you enter into the relevant engagement.
The treatment of fees may depend on the agreed terms, work already performed, third-party expenses and applicable law. A refusal, delay or change in personal circumstances does not, by itself, determine whether a refund is due.
Refunds of government, membership or other third-party charges are governed by the relevant provider’s rules and applicable law.
Nothing on this page excludes or restricts mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, current and authentic information and documents.
You should review application details before submission and promptly inform us of any change that may affect your application, including changes to your passport, residence, employment, financial circumstances, family circumstances or travel plans.
Voyage+ does not support false statements, altered documents, misleading evidence or the concealment of relevant information.
Where you provide another person’s information, you must have an appropriate basis to do so and ensure that they receive the relevant privacy information.
Applicants remain responsible for attending required appointments, supplying requested information and complying with visa and immigration conditions, except where a particular administrative task has expressly been assigned to Voyage+.
Original documents should only be provided where their submission or handling has been expressly agreed.
Where a postal, courier or other external delivery service is used, the delivery arrangements and applicable provider terms should be confirmed in advance.
Voyage+ cannot guarantee the performance or delivery times of an independent provider. Responsibility for loss, damage or delay will be assessed according to the relevant circumstances, contractual arrangements and applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for Voyage+’s own acts or omissions where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please do not submit passports, bank statements, medical records, criminal-record information or other sensitive documents through the general enquiry form. Request appropriate submission instructions before providing application documents.
The applicable legal grounds depend on the processing activity and relevant law. They may include steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent where required.
Visiting this website or submitting an enquiry does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated processing, international transfers or marketing.

Sensitive information may require additional conditions or safeguards under applicable law.
Depending on the agreed service, an application may require disclosure to relevant embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, application centres, programme operators or other service providers.
Any disclosure must have an appropriate legal basis and be limited to the relevant purpose. The recipients and purposes relevant to your engagement must be identified in the applicable privacy information.
International applications may involve recipients outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be addressed, and relevant information provided where required.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting assistance does not, by itself, constitute unrestricted permission to share your information internationally.
Retention should be determined by the purpose for which information is collected, the duration of the engagement, applicable record-keeping requirements and any legitimate need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Personal information should not be retained indefinitely merely because an enquiry was submitted. Applicable retention periods or the criteria used to determine them must be explained in the relevant privacy information.
Personal information must be handled using technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity and the risks involved. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
